Datapoint is a systems integrator for enterprise and call centre communications covering all related infrastructure and applications. This is underpinned with a services portfolio that includes education, consultancy, design and systems integration, service delivery, training and support.
The Datapoint brand stretches back to 1969 when it pioneered many of the foundation technologies that have driven the IT revolution over the last 40 years. That thought leadership remains part of the brand’s DNA as we continue to introduce next generation technologies to our clients: some of whom have continued in partnership with us for over twenty years.
We select best of breed vendors as our partners and invest consistently in maintaining the highest level of expertise in their solutions such as tier three support capabilities. Datapoint is an Avaya platinum business partner, the longest standing partner of Aspect and an accredited partner amongst others of Genesys, NetServices, Nexidia, Nice, Presence and Verint.
The company employs 270 people. It is profitable, achieved £60m turnover in 2007 and is financially backed by Alchemy Partners. Alchemy is one of UK’s most successful private equity investors. Formed in January 1997, it has invested over £1.9 billion of equity in over 100 companies across Europe. Led by Managing Partner Jon Moulton, also chairman of Datapoint, Alchemy’s investment plan has an annual investment capacity of £400m
Datapoint's geographic footprint extends to clients in 41 countries including responsibility for supporting 5,000 sites in those territories. Our main offices are located in Barcelona, Dublin, London, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Paris and Utrecht.
