Jon Moulton
Jon Moulton is the chairman of Datapoint and the managing partner of Alchemy, a UK-based private equity firm, which has invested over £2 billion of equity in the past 10 years.
Jon is a chartered accountant and his previous chairmanships and directorships include Parker Pen, Xenova, Hornby Hobbies, RJB Mining plc, Technology plc, Brands Hatch, Civica and ATH Holdings. He has been the Chairman of Datapoint since 2002.
Vim Vithaldas
With a background in law and chartered accountancy, Vim Vithaldas joined Datapoint in 1994 becoming group CFO before assuming the role of CEO in 2005.
Since then Vim has focused on significantly increasing the size and profitability of the group through geographic expansion and acquisition.
David Du Toit
David du Toit is Datapoint’s Chief Technology Officer. He joined the company in 2004 from Dimension Data after 15 years of systems integration experience and leadership in the call centre market.
Prior career experience includes 15 years in design and development of telecommunications systems, nuclear power plant safety systems and aerospace systems in South Africa and France.
Rafael Aranda
Rafael joined Datapoint in 2002. He is a board member and the Regional Director for Continental Europe.
Prior to joining Datapoint, Rafael spent 11 years working for IBM where he began as a junior System Engineer, finishing his career running the eCRM division and developed a robust solution portfolio in call centres and CRM.
Eric Lakin
Eric Lakin has been on the Datapoint board since 2006. He is also an executive at Alchemy Partners LLP.
Eric holds a MA in Engineering from Cambridge University and an MSc in Satellite Communications. Previous roles include being in corporate finance management at BT Group plc, responsible for mergers & acquisitions within the telecom, media and IT service sectors. Eric has also been an equity research analyst for Bank of America and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and a strategy consultant with Arthur D Little.
Paul Lewis
Paul Lewis joined Datapoint in June 2007 as CFO. This followed a 2 year assignment as US & EU Financial Controller at the US headquarters of Genesys SA, a Nasdaq listed technology company. Paul held various positions including Divisional CFO and UK Finance Director.
Prior to Genesys, Paul worked within Bass Plc where he held a number of commercially focused finance positions within the Hotels & Leisure Division. Paul is a Chartered Management Accountant.
