The InnovationLAB (iLAB) is a research and testing facility developed by Datapoint to provide ‘proof of concept’ for next generation communications solutions. In this role it is available to customers for testing new applications in a controlled, risk free way.
It is also a live communication environment built on IP-based infrastructure, in which our systems integration team have developed demonstrations showing how segmented customer service, performance optimisation, customer insight and unified communications work.
These can be accessed through public and brand specific workshops which provide creative opportunities to bring together technical and business teams, during which they can develop their understanding of how next generation communications work
These sessions are brought to life through facilitated debate and the hands on demonstrations on offer. Visitor feedback consistently states that seeing a new application in action clearly helped everyone better visualise its relevance and benefit to their organisations.
