Datapoint was today appointed to provide full performance optimisation services at the contact centres of one of the largest insurance companies in France.
The objective of the exercise is to raise the productivity, consistency and quality of work carried out by the agents in the contact centres.
The Insurance company appointed Datapoint to deliver this service as it felt Datapoint best understood the requirements and had necessary skills to drive optimum results from this exercise.
