Datapoint Ireland Wins Managed Service Contract With Major IT Services Brand
Datapoint has been selected to provide a managed service contract for a leading global IT Services brand. This managed service contract covers a multi-site Enterprise voice platform (Avaya), a 90 agent call centre (Avaya), a 250 seat NICE voice and screen recording platform and CTI software (ENVOX).
Datapoint were awarded the contract based on our experience of supporting large-scale security-sensitive voice platforms and our ability to structure a bespoke support offering to meet the client’s specific requirements.
Moreover, Datapoint secured the contract from the incumbent and a number of Avaya Business Partners due to our excellent references from Datapoint’s existing clients regarding the design, installation, and support of both Avaya and NICE infrastructures in Ireland and across EMEA.
