Datapoint Rolls Out 30 Site Solution To Bespoke Business Service Provider In The UK
Datapoint today announced the roll out of a solution migrating 30 Avaya systems to Communication Manager Release 5.0 and in doing so provided the client with the opportunity to deploy SIP based applications and integrate with other third party applications that added value and flexibility to the services offered to their clients.
The business services provider also took advantage of ‘Enhanced Software License Protection’ (ESLP) Program. The ESLP not only includes software protection for the period of the program (5 years) but also provides the ability to move licenses between systems as required. This portability feature was ideal for the client environment where needs change on a frequent basis dependent on end user requirements.
