During the first day we'll explore what next for the contact centre looking at what the analysts are predicting and exploring the latest innovations and technology. We'll also split into groups and define what the ideal contact centre looks and runs like.
During our second day, we'll demonstrate how you can optimise and transform your contact centre using the outputs from the workshop and how you can get one step ahead of the curve.
The event starts at 1pm on the 11th and will finish at mid-day on the 12th, with evening meal at a top local restaurant and luxury accommodation provided.
