Given that, we choose on the basis of their roadmap vision and real world portfolio with associated diligence on their market position and general viability. Our own assessment is combined with those of the analyst community who we regularly consult and swap market views with.
Often we will choose more than one vendor for a particular solution if there is broad market demand and their solutions fit distinct customer needs. Despite doing more business with some partners than others owing to market demand, all vendors have strategic importance to us in their capability to fulfil next generation enterprise and customer service communication needs.
