Datapoint Opens Its Innovation Lab In Dublin
Datapoint have officially opened their Innovation Laboratory (iLAB) in St Stephens Green, Dublin.
Country Manager, Rob Magee, commented:
“The opening of our iLAB marks a significant development in the expansion and growth of Datapoint’s business here in Ireland. Our iLAB gives our clients and prospective clients the opportunity to see technology running in a live environment.
This allows for the whole and proper evaluation of an IT or Communications project, which ultimately assists investment in technology. Too often, clients are forced to attend webinars, video conferences, or worse still, have to travel overseas to see technology demonstrations.
Not only are Datapoint giving the market what it so needs, we are also displaying true innovation in terms of solution and technology integration.”Datapoint’s iLAB displays real life examples of system integration for voice applications and infrastructure. Applications available for demonstration include IP Telephony, Voice Recording, Self Service Applications, Speech Analytics, Voice Biometrics and Multi-Media Contact.
