It is essential to get the design right from the outset. Datapoint's consultants and architects are experts in their field. Whether a new rollout of technology or a review of your current investment, our people are there to help you achieve your aims.
Developing new technologies in-house can be a costly business often resulting in much trial and error. Unleashing the full potential of your investment to realise your business objectives within your timeframes is the mission of our architects and consultants who are trained and certified in contact centre technologies.
Datapoint architects start with a detailed statement of requirements to establish overall business objectives and to map out key technological specifications to achieve these aims. They develop a high-level design to produce an architecture and a description of each component element covering the features, standards compliance, performance needs, resilience, capacity and security required.
Following your stakeholder approval of the high-level design, our architects proceed to elaborating a low-level design which consists of detailed hardware and software configuration plans.
Where required, each of the features are tested in our iLab and for complex solutions, a proof of concept environment is constructed allowing a feature testing, validation of compliance to standards, stress testing and fail-over testing.
Our architects also develop procedures and test plans needed for implementation of the solution and troubleshooting and maintenance guides that may be needed once the solution is operational.
Each solution that Datapoint develops and manages needs to interface with you, our customer. Our design methodology includes developing the operational processes that will interface with you and ensuring that they dovetail into your own procedures so that you can confidently rely on technology in your contact centre.
