Our SLAs provide you with guarantees on our responsiveness, proactivity, service availability and equipment restoration time.

Our approach towards transparency is to demonstrate our performance against our SLAs - each month, our Service Managers will provide you within a written Service Level Compliance document detailing each KPI and Datapoint's performance against the target.
