Headsets

Datapoint provides a range of headsets suitable for the occasional user to fully featured sets for call centre agents. These include chorded and wireless models, some of which allows for distances of up to 300 feet from the base unit and 8 hour talk time with 80% recharge in 1.5 hours.

Ergonomically, the range caters for those that prefer over-the-ear, over-the-head or convertible models with the choice of either one or two earpieces. Some come with extra padded ear cushions or adjustable voice tubes. Some models are especially light weight for comfort and designed for all day wearing.

Noise cancelling technology and echo cancellation for busy environments are selectively included while some use dedicated DECT 6.0 technology for clear and more secure communications

Other conveniences include sound control for volume, treble and bass management, muting and stereo delivery.

TDM or VoIP environments are catered for as are both traditional phones and softphones.
