Wallboards
Datapoint provides the latest generation solutions for displaying real time reporting in call centre environments. These products are able to collect data from a variety of sources such as the ACD, call recording, WFM or any other open data source. This data can then be displayed on a variety of display solutions such as LCD, Plasma or agent desktop. The underlying content management system can also be configured to push data to email inboxes and wireless devices.
Most call centres currently use some form of LED matrix style wallboard to show such statistics such as calls in queue, average handle time and peak calls today. These type of systems usually integrate into the phone ACD through a reporting system.
As well as providing support and maintenance for these older style display systems, Datapoint has been working closely with manufacturers such as Symon Communications to provide customers with the next generation display systems.Next Generation Displays
Display pages can be created that not only to include call centre statistics and real time KPIs but content such new product demonstrations, service or sales information, personal staff information such as birthdays and video streaming from internal servers or from online sources. RSS feeds can even be mixed into the content to create a low cost information feed.
Wallboards and the content management systems that go with them are a new form of communication, education and information for customer service environments.
