Datapoint provides a variety of public and onsite forums. These cover key topics in both enterprise and call centre communications. They are sourced from latest articles, public domain research, whitepapers, vendor presentations and internal evaluations.  

Some are vendor neutral and focus on key technical and operational trends/best practices. Others provide a forum for a particular vendor or set of vendors to present their latest products and provide insight into their future roadmaps. 

Details of the public forums can be found in the events section and also in the iLab section. These are particularly useful for anyone at the start of their journey who want to update their understanding of what is now on offer and get a sense of where other organisations are heading. 

Onsite forums are also provided. These allow for more in depth discussion around the impact of a particular technology trend on their organisation. They can be used as an educational input to brief people about the operational impact of a new technology on existing working practices before deployment, ensuring that change management plans are effective.
