Datapoint has in depth expertise helping customers discover, define and articulate requirements. Although these begin with operational needs and end in technical requirements, defining a governing strategic context is often a necessary initial starting point.  

For instance, few brands initially appreciate that going multi media in their call centres requires a contact and segmentation strategy as a key input into the decisions that need to be made before multi media can be implemented.

Aspects of the ‘bigger picture’ are often known but are not always brought together with sufficient detail such that the true scope of the requirement or the short term priorities are clear and mutually agreed amongst internal stakeholders.
